Our client located in Saudi Arabia has gone live with Oracle Retail v14 RMS, Allocation, RPM, WMS, ORPOS, and Order Management, and other key technologies.

The goal of this implementation is to ensure end to end automation so that the client can continue their market leadership with key offerings such as cross channel commerce, home delivery, and after sales services. The retailer was using a highly-customized version of EBS to perform basic merchandising operations. They had inventory availability issues, troubles with home delivery, problems with consolidated reporting and above all the business was operating through non-standard processes.

As a result of this go-live, the business now runs through automated processes (end to end) that are tailored to meet their requirements. With Oracle’s v14, they are now able to utilize the commerce anywhere functionality and they are now one of the leading retailers in the region which is capable of cross channel commerce and returns, resulting in a better shopping experience for the customer. The go-live also enables this retailer to expand into other regional markets by better serving existing and new customers.
