Your Role as a Logic Sales Operations Analyst

There is never a typical day at Logic, but that’s why people love it here! As a Sales Operations Analyst you will work with a fast-paced B2B consulting team to help them make a real difference to our retail client’s customers: your friends, family and neighbors.

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting and enabling our B2B sales team make educated decisions to best support our clients and prospects.  The Sales Operations Analyst is a self-motivated team player who is comfortable in a rapidly-changing environment and adept at cultivating complex data to identify areas of opportunity.  Using a combination of strong analytic skills and a passion for process improvement, the Sales Operations Analyst will work with the sales and marketing team to improve close rates and drive efficiencies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Guide actions based on strategic objectives, performance metrics and forecast data
  • Build and help standardize business reporting and dashboards for strategic analysis
  • Act as the point-of-contact for sales enablement materials; organize and optimize internal sales assets and tools
  • Coordinate the development of outgoing proposals to ensure timeliness and quality standards are always maintained
  • Stay current with industry and market trends that impact business and economic factors
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine B2B lead qualification process
  • Assist in performing retail services market analysis and B2B account research to gather competitive intelligence, and help maintain this data in Salesforce



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Prior B2B sales operations and marketing experience required; experience in a consulting / professional services or IT-related field preferred
  • Proven analytical capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and activities; proven strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to organize effective oral and written presentations and communicate effectively with team members
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and understanding of how sales teams function efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to analyze client needs accurately and articulate the Logic value proposition in response
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional or matrix environment
  • Strong Knowledge of the sales process and Salesforce / CRM solutions – you will be acting as the business lead responsible for Salesforce
  • Understanding of concepts related to B2B Account-Based Marketing; experience with campaign development and execution using marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot or HubSpot is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel / Word / PowerPoint / SharePoint
