Logic Information Systems, Inc. Acquires Yomari Information Services, Amplifies Business Intelligence Offerings For Retail Clients
Minneapolis, MN– Logic Information Systems, Inc. today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Yomari Information Services. The acquisition will combine Yomari’s expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) and Big Data Analytics with Logic’s expertise in large-scale enterprise systems integration services in the retail industry, and create significant synergies in providing end-to-end business process optimization services to their customers.
